Our 6 year old wanted to go in the role play but this does say for under 1 meter too. Thankfully they let big sister in but this may have been as the whole place was quiet. I think However having done a couple she was quite scared as super fast. She stuck to the wavy rainbow slides after that. The ball area is great fun. The stage is a nice touch and great you get your spectator fee back to spend in the reasonably priced cafe.
We got there first thing but within an hour or two of opening all the tables were full in the cafe. The cafe had very limited stock for cold drink options but this was soon after Christmas. It is cold like other reviews said but that's good when you are climbing around chasing after the kids. Wrap up in layers. No fruit or vegetable options. Personally we will be going back to snakes and ladders next time rather than returning here for our age range kids.

Thank you for your feedback. We hope to see you again here soon. We left after 45 minutes as the smell of 'eggs' made us feel sick and the room was cold. My children usually love active play but not here.
When we pointed out the smell to a member of staff, they showed no interest. We will not return. Now that it is Summer time and the cold is no longer an issue at our facilities we hope you will return and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Absolutely loved Billy Beez! Took my niece that was 1 years old at the time and she loved all of the areas! There is a Mini Beez area just for the little ones, but my niece even loved the Honeycomb village where she could pretend to go shopping or make some pizza! Even us as adults loved it and we had such a great workout running around after the 3 hours!

However, anyone who has ever visited the States will know, customer service is first and foremost for them and this is what has failed to " Cross the pond" On entering what was the old B and Q building the first thing that strikes you is the cold, freezing cold! On checking in you are required to give the name address etc AND date of Birth for each visitor and this is not the case of once registered return and your details are on the system. No, redo this at every visit..
We were told this was for safety reasons so they know who is in the building at all times, do they think we are stupid! How can knowing visitors date of birth contribute to safety records, this is no more than a thinly disguised excercise to build a marketing database. After this, we had to have a group foto taken, again apparently for the same reason, so they know at all times who is in the building, strange when one child was missed out of the foto we were told, that's ok it doesn't matter???
It took so long to actually complete the check in we seriously considered not bothering.
