It was presented to me 10 minutes later as grilled Sea Bass no oil with a nice selection of mixed vegetables instead of mash that I couldn't eat as it contained butter. Also, I wasn't expecting a whole Sea Bass, so that was bonus! This is a great example of real customer service. Three cheers for the young guy who served me!
We dropped by for a Sunday brunch, like everyone else in there, after a late Saturday night. Good selection of breakfast menus - took some omelettes, scrambled eggs and eggs Benedict, nothing special, but tasty. Had some mediocre coffee and good tea with those. Service was kind and helpful, though visibly unexperienced.
On the bad side, the place seems to have no climate control whatsoever, so it was quite cold while we went there in February and I imagine it'll quickly get hot in summer. Visit 1: went for coffee - awful, watery swill.
Visit 2: went for a drink - cocktails were atrocious - awful, watery swill with alcohol why put them on the menu if you can't make them? Visit 3: today: 50 minute wait for food to appear. It finally arrives - and our chicken is totally raw in the middle. Never had a good experience there. Own or manage this property?
